Lynn Miller is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology professional with a unique blend of expertise in computer science, accounting, and operational strategy. His journey began at the age of 12 when he started teaching himself computers and programming—an early passion that set the stage for a lifelong career in software and business innovation.

Lynn holds bachelor's degrees in both Computer Science and Accounting, and began developing accounting software shortly after graduating from college in 1993. From the very beginning, his work was driven by a clear focus: building integrated platforms that enhance operational efficiency.

He went on to found a company that evolved into Solana, a software firm dedicated to serving organizations that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). In partnership with a large I/DD nonprofit, Lynn expanded the original accounting platform to include specialized operational tools tailored to the unique needs of these agencies. After selling the rights to the software to that nonprofit, he remained with the growing business, which eventually expanded to 34 employees and served customers in 30 states.

In 2020, Solana was acquired by a private equity-backed healthcare technology company, where Lynn continued to contribute until his retirement in early 2024. After a brief break, he launched Lynn Miller Consulting—a firm focused on helping businesses improve operational effectiveness and efficiency through expert analysis and strategic software recommendations.
